Can I visit the store?

You are most welcome! You can visit our store located opposite of BICC pani tanki, New Baneshwor, Kathmandu, Nepal and give a try. For store details, give us a ring to +977 9843818363.

How can I ensure the quality online?

Our products goes multiple quality checks before it is kept on the online store. If available, you can visit physically and choose the product. For abroad customers, our representative will be happy to talk with you before placing order or paying any amount.

I like a product but it is sold out. Can I still get it?

You can send us a message that you are interested to buy the product that has gone out of stock. We will notify you as we get it back.

How can I subscribe/unsubscribe to your mailing list?

To subscribe to our mailing list simply put your email address into the "Subscribe For Exclusive Offers" section on the bottom of the webpage. Once you have put your email address in, hit the "Subscribe" button.

Does 100patri.com ship internationally?

Yes, we even deliver international orders with inclusion of charges. The shipping costs vary depending on the size, weight and destination of the chosen items. Most of our products have been delivered within 5-7 days after the payment has been received. 

What type of payments do you accept?

Inside Nepal: Cash on delivery inside Kathmandu valley
                       Direct Bank Transfer/Western Union/IME outside Kathmandu valley

Outside Nepal: Paypal, Master/Visa/Credit/Western Union/Moneygram

When will I receive an order confirmation?

Once the order is placed at 100patri.com, an immediate email confirmation will be sent to your address. Also one of our representative will contact you within 24 hrs for further queries if any.

What is the delivery time?

Inside Nepal: Within 24 hrs inside Kathmandu valley
                       Within 3 days outside Kathmandu valley

Outside Nepal: Within 5 days

What is the delivery method?

For national customers, we send using the local courier service. For international customers, the package will be send via DHL/FedEx

How can I track my order?
We will email/message you a tracking number and a link to DHL/FedEx website. You can visit the website and track your package.
